Life happens! I understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel, please give me as much notice as possible so I have a chance to fill your spot.

7+ days’ notice: 100% refund (minus processing fees) event credit

3–6 days’ notice: 75% refund (minus processing fees) or event credit

24–48 hours’ notice: 50% refund (minus processing fees) or event credit

Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: No refund or credit

• Can’t make it? If you find someone to take your spot, you may transfer your registration to them at no additional charge. Please let me know so I can update the registration.

• Unexpected circumstances: Illness, family emergencies, and other unexpected situations happen. Please reach out as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to work with you.

• Event cancellation: If Mahj in the Midwest needs to cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to another event.​

Private & Community Lessons

Illness, family emergencies, and unexpected situations happen. Please communicate with me as soon as you can, and I'll work with you to find a reasonable solution. Need to reschedule? Just reach out! I'll always do my best to find another date that works.

Note: Community Education classes are registered and billed directly through your local Community Education program, so cancellations and refunds for those classes are handled by them rather than by Mahj in the Midwest.
